Hello. I am your regular engineer working in an office.

I have a problem with confidence and leadership in the office. I have a lot of good ideas but always hesitate to voice out during meetings. I also seem to have no confidence in arguments with colleagues even though I know I am 100% right (especially angmos. I can't think on my feet quick enough to rebut).

Even though I do my job well and technically I think I may be the strongest in the office, this lack of confidence means I have been passed over for promotions and let colleagues take credit unfairly too many times. I am good in writing btw but when bosses question me in person I just say the wrong things or give mumbling response.

I am nearly 40 now. Do you think I can change myself?

I believe that changing your sexual orientation by sucking the white man cock would enhance your reputation.....
