How do they buy votes in other countries?

not PAP open style ( don't know what package before voting day )

I mean you exchange your votes for straight cash like a COD transaction.

Do you take a HP picture of your vote with the correct tick and show it to the guy who will pay you later or is it just 誓言 - I take your money, I will vote for you. ( sound unlikely )

PAP do not buy votes. They used fear factor. All the so called economic packages are really compensations to you for living in fear.
