I heard in the past, they will check thoroughly, your ah gong and ah ma record, and you really got no place to get help....then will approve. Many people also say don't ever think of getting those kind of help.
Suddenly today becomes so generous, give me a feeling wayang..wayang.
Wah...after Election all these goodies still have or not???
