We have contacted Mr Chew to apologise for the inconvenience and waived the incorrect charges that were billed for the matches streamed to his mobile phone.
We have also explained to him that the Football Frenzy website requires users to register using information that has been provided before they can access the free matches. As Mr Chew's particulars were entered twice during the registration process, the system was unable to recognise his log-in. We have since rectified the situation and Mr Chew is now able to watch all the available matches.
The Football Frenzy Pack costs $15.90 a month over a 12-month subscription period and offers access to all Uefa Champions League, Europa League and Serie A matches on mio TV, online and mobile phones. More information can be found at www.singtelfootballfrenzy.com.
