How long are posts moderated before published?

Can someone tell me how long will posts be moderated before published?

Also, after how many posts will one get out of moderation status?

I've been posting since a day ago, but none of the posts are published and I'm still in moderation mode.

we are the instant noodle generation....no gen y or gen z person will want to wait 3 days for a post to appear.
