Not only grab is able to suppress it.
Any company payroll can suppress them if they want to.
They doesn't know how to count their daily, hourly ot rate etc
They received their payslip and just accepted whatever is given.
They got headache when I attempted to calculate for them and explained to them about the short changed.

It is very common for employment agencies to purposely suppress employees pay as they know many workers doesn't know how to count salaries.

I think those at the bottom are grateful to whatever wages they get. No point arguing. If seek justice will cost a bundle in Legal fees and time.

The thing that I still cannot figure out is that why those minority are so weak with simpler stuff like salary computation but are strong with stuff like maneuveuring around with the apps, accumulating the points system and navigating their way to their destinations.

Be graceful ... dont keep compraining until Grab close down .... Grab is the next major sinkies employer after Government ... Grab down, 70% sinkies jobless.

Sounds like very common in SG offices as well, same work grade but many many pay scale variations?
