the 1st seems fake...only fins moving..could be cause by steam or air blowing and fish were not grasping for air.
2nd is only nerve twitching

Not fake, Singapore had this dish up to late 80s. When cooks ban it, or refuse to cook it in such a way. Too cruel. They cook the body and the head is moving. Gasping for air.

There are few other sickening dish, like monkey brain, lobster cut up alive, drunken prawns, cooked alive and octopus or fish cut up while alive and eaten.
