On Monday, 25 March 2013, five judges at the Court of Final Appeal unanimously upheld a Court of Appeal decision from last year blocking Hong Kong's nearly 300,000 foreign domestic helpers from obtaining permanent residency.

Up till now NO Hong Kong media have labelled the people who supported the ban as xenophobic.

Compare it with the actions of LEEgime and SCM (state-controlled media). Some 40% of Sink-a-poreans have been labelled XENOPHOBIC.
