Do you think its a good idea to pay our elite by the hour to improve their productivity... i.e we only pay them when they actually do some real work that brings monetary value to SINGAPOREANs thus making us filthy rich with obsence amounts of money, meetings and lame statments , we dont have to pay them for that kind of waste....if nothing positive happens that they don't get paid ?
Do you think SINGAPOREANS will all agree to this if we took a vote
