Hougang is so clean

This is what I call first world estate with first world cleaniness standard as compared to unkempt Gayland or Toa Payoyo. Who is the Senile Minister who said Hougang is going to be a slum if they continue to vote for WP whereas in his Marine Parade, particularly in Gayland Serai which is famous for prostitutes and gambling dens, now also famous for food poisoning. His Marine Parade constituency doesn't fare much better in cleanliness.

somemore, lift upgrading is free, PAP towns must pay lift upgrading--$600 to $3000.

if you see potong pasir town under Mr chiam, you will be more surprised---also very clean and tidy.

hougang and PP are the safest places to live in singapore. Those live there are very lucky people.
