Exercise regimen: I train with a beach volleyball team four times a week. For warm-ups, I run along the beach for 30 minutes, then do three sets of sit-ups and push-ups. I also work out at the gym twice a week.
Diet: I do not take cold drinks as they are not good for my joints and muscles. When competing, I eat more carbohydrates before each game to sustain my energy levels. After matches, I take milk and meat to help muscle recovery.
