LANGKAWI (THE STAR/ASIA NEWS NETWORK) - The newly appointed ministers of the Pakatan Harapan government have scored only 40 to 50 per cent in Malaysian Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad's books.
In an exclusive televised interview with Astro Awani on Sunday (Oct 21) evening, Tun Mahathir spontaneously assigned the mark when asked to rate the performance of his Cabinet.
He also conceded that it was no easy task to change the perceptions and mentality of certain Cabinet ministers, especially those without prior experience in government leadership positions.
He confessed that it was difficult to shift their paradigm to one held by a government leader, instead of an opposition leader.
However, Dr Mahathir, 93, acknowledged that most of them are coping and are quick learners for the sake of improving their performance.
In a report carried by the channel's online portal, Dr Mahathir was quoted as saying that some are new and inexperienced.

"But they are learning quickly," he added.

It did not state here, but he meant that the Previous Administration Ministers are FUCKING CORRUPT & fit to be imprisoned. Same as those MIW that laundered money for them and kept the billions and Jho Low's private jet here.

KUALA LUMPUR (THE STAR/ASIA NEWS NETWORK) - Malaysia's former defence minister Hishammuddin Hussein has offered, in his personal capacity, to try and bring fugitive financier Low Taek Jho back to Malaysia, vowing to do so "until the end of the world".
Datuk Seri Hishammuddin said he would use his previous contacts and links with the Chinese government to try and bring back Low, also known as Jho Low, if he is in China.
"I think all Malaysians want to know the truth. If they want to know the truth, we need to bring him back to face justice.
"It has nothing to do whether you are from the opposition or the government, this is about justice," he told reporters at the Parliament lobby on Monday (Oct 22).
Mr Hishammuddin added that if Low wants to clear his name, he should come back.
"I will go after him until the end of the world.

"I will do my utmost to make sure he faces the music, then only can the country find closure and move forward," he said.

Malaysian financier Jho Low, wanted in 1MDB probe, says he will not surrender
Inspector-General of Police Mohamad Fuzi Harun has said that the police are seeking the assistance of Interpol to locate Low.
Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad had alleged that sabotage within the government was among the reasons why it was difficult for Malaysia to pin down and arrest Low.
Mr Hishammuddin said that Low was essential to the 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB) investigation.
Asked if Putrajaya has sought his help, Mr Hishammuddin said that it hadn't, but added that he was offering to do this in his personal capacity.
"I will continue with my efforts, I am not bound by anybody or requested (to do so) by anyone.
"I want to know the truth and find an end to the 1MDB controversy.
"This is not something simple, it is complex. Nobody here can prove his (Jho Low's) direct involvement," he added.
Asked if he was confident of bringing Low back, Mr Hishammuddin said it was just an independent effort through the help of his contacts and friends in China.
"If it is true he is in China, I will use my networking," he said.
