He is supposed to prevent the disturbance of peace at West coast park but he allowed PAP members to proceed, cycling in the park, with his eyes closed. He told WP, LTK, that party cycling in the park is prohibitted thus did not grant him the permit. Can Ho Peng Kee kindly explains to the house of parliament what went wrong with Singapore rules and better come clear for not granting cycling permit to other parties in Singapore.
