【星島日報報道】新界南總區交通執行及管制組特遣隊警員，凌晨在區內打擊酒後駕駛，期間揭發有白牌車司機涉嫌在車廂椅背安裝針孔攝錄機，企圖偷拍女乘客大腿事件，一名44歲涉案司機被捕。
警方在行動中，截查該名44歲黃姓本地男司機。司機在現場接受「吹波波」呼氣測試時不合格，帶返警署再機作呼氣測試時沒有超標。
但警員調查後，相信有關的私家車用作非法出租載客取酬之用，而當時車上有一名女乘客。
警員在搜查下，發現私家車的司機椅背，及左前乘客椅背上，裝有兩個針孔攝錄機，懷疑用作偷拍後座乘客大腿之用。警員並在車上兩部手機中，發現多條不雅短片。
據了解，黃為Uber司機。他涉嫌「不誠實取用電腦」、「非法駕駛汽車作出租或載客取酬用途」及「駕駛汽車時沒有第三者保險」被捕，由沙田警區刑事調查隊第三隊跟進。
另外，在凌晨的行動中，警方共向288名司機進行酒精呼氣測試，其中3名年齡介乎23至66歲的本地男司機未能通過酒精呼氣測試，涉嫌「酒後駕駛」被捕。3名被捕男子已獲准保釋候查，須於10月上旬向警方報到。
