【星島日報報道】曾發起上水遊行的「北區水貨客關注組」發言人梁金成，昨晚在沙田遭多名男子毆打並撒粉末，他背部、頭部及手腳被藤條打傷，留下逾20條傷痕，兇徒出言恐嚇後逃去。梁金成受傷送院治理，警方正調查事件。
事發在昨晚11時許，43歲梁金成在沙田城門河畔飲啤酒期間，突然有約3至4名男子走近，向他臉部撤白色粉末，眾人繼以用懷疑藤條的物體，向梁金成的頭部、手部、腳部及背部施以襲擊。梁金成被毆打至倒地，其中一名兇徒其後以帶有鄉音的廣東話作出恐嚇：「梁金成，唔X好再搞事，今次係一個警告，下次唔止係咁」。兇徒事後逃離現場，梁金成自行報警，送院治理。
根據梁金成提供的照片可見，其身上佈滿懷疑被籐條打傷的傷痕，約有20多處，大多集中在右邊。警方將案件暫列作糾紛處理。
「光復元朗」發起人鍾健平晚上前往醫院探望梁金成，鍾健平認為事件涉及上水遊行，形容是有組織、有預謀，以暴力作出警告，他譴責兇徒的動機。
警方發言人表示，昨晚11時半，一名姓梁的男子在大涌橋路，與3名男子發生爭執及推撞，他身上帶有酒氣，頭、手、腳及背部受傷送院，案列作糾紛處理。

Liang Jincheng was sent to the Wells Hospital in Sha Tin for treatment. The photo shows that his head was injured, his body was obviously scarred, and some white powder was left in his ear.
At about 9 o'clock last night, during the walk along the Shing Mun River at Tai Chung Kiu Road, Sha Tin, three to four men approached and sprinkled powder and whipped with rattan.
Liang Jincheng said that the man who beat him warned him not to do anything before leaving. The police are investigating the incident.

At 11 o'clock last night, 43-year-old Liang Jincheng was drinking beer at the riverside of the Shing Mun River. Suddenly about three to four men approached and removed white powder from his face. The people followed the object of suspected rattan. Attacked Liang Jincheng's head, hands, feet and back. Liang Jincheng was beaten to the ground. One of the murderers later threatened the Cantonese with a native accent: "Liang Jincheng, 唔X is good, then this is a warning, the next time the system is stopped." The murderer fled the scene afterwards, and Liang Jincheng reported the police himself and sent him to the hospital for treatment.
According to the photos provided by Liang Jincheng, the body is covered with scars suspected of being wounded by rattan, and there are more than 20 places, mostly concentrated on the right side. The police temporarily listed the case as a dispute.
