警方搗粉嶺軍火庫拘母子案，揭發就讀理工大學的男疑犯，除在網上社交平台發售或轉售槍械武器及防護裝備外，疑藏有及曾在網上發放大量港獨、抗共及勇武等文宣，甚至圖文並茂寫出今年九月六日一個非法遊行投擲刺激性武器到警察防線，揚言使用更厲害的武器對付警員，涉嫌違反《港區國安法》。警方國家安全處接手追查後，以涉嫌煽動分裂國家再將他拘捕，昨晚控告他「無牌管有槍械」、「未經許可入口戰略物資」及「藏有攻擊性武器」，案件今日在屯門裁判法院提堂。據悉，國安處正追緝其在逃同黨。
男疑犯控藏武共三罪 今提堂
案中被捕的姓呂（廿三歲）理大男生及其報稱做採購員的姓蔡（四十九歲）母親，前日均涉嫌無牌管有槍械及彈藥、未經許可入口戰略物資及藏有攻擊性武器被捕。蔡昨已獲准保釋候查，須於十一月下旬向警方報到，而呂因另涉違反港區國安法，涉嫌煽動分裂國家罪再被捕仍被扣查。
警方新界北警區重案組早前接獲情報，指有人收藏大批槍械及防護裝備，並在網上平台出售，探員經情報分析後，鎖定目標地點，前日凌晨掩至華明路欣盛苑欣耀閣一單位搜查，檢獲一支手槍型的胡椒球槍、三支氣槍、兩把大約卅厘米長軍刀、一支伸縮棍、一件避彈衣及十五個防毒面具，並無檢獲子彈，當場拘捕蔡及呂兩母子。警方經進一步調查後，發現呂疑在網上發放大量文宣，遂將案件交由國安處跟進。
外國平台購買 集運到港放售
警方國安處高級警司李桂華昨在記者會上表示，經調查後發現被捕人在社交平台放售相關武器外，亦透過社交平台發放大量宣揚獨立及散播仇恨資訊，且名稱多以香港獨立、抗共及勇武為題，相關言論的內容富於煽動仇恨以至宣揚港獨，涉嫌觸犯國安法。部分文宣內容圖文並茂，包括寫出了今年九月六日九龍區一場非法遊行中，曾經使用一件有刺鼻氣體物件投擲在警察防線內，並揚言會用更加厲害的武器去對付警務人員，形容情況令人憂心。
初步調查發現被捕人士在外國購物平台購買有關武器，經集運形式入口到港，之後拍照在網上發售。消息稱，案件涉及ebay及Amazon購物平台。李又指，檢獲的胡椒球槍是較少見，與警隊現時使用的型號相類似，軍械專家已進行檢驗，正調查該批武器已售予何人及將會如何使用。
煽動分裂國家 最高判囚十年
李續稱，國安法無追溯期，但被捕人在立法前後都有發表港獨文宣，所以符合有關罪名。根據法例，無牌管有槍械及彈藥最高可判處監禁十四年，而未經許可入口戰略物資最高可判監七年。根據港區國安法，任何人干犯煽動分裂國家罪，情節嚴重者判最多十年監禁、情節較輕者判五年以下有期徒刑、拘役或者管制。
