【明報專訊】2003年高考四優生、現職明愛醫院急症室的26歲醫生，涉趁妙齡女子深夜獨自歸家，從後推跌她，掩嘴揸胸非禮，案件昨日開審。女事主供稱不堪受辱，負傷獨自尾隨色狼20分鐘，直至警員將其拘捕。
被告為高考四優生
被告楊珏峰被控於今年7月27日，在荔枝角道822號非禮事主，他否認控罪。任職顧客服務主任的25歲女事主作供，當日凌晨，她步出荔枝角港鐵站，身穿短裙的她正查看手機短訊，後面突然有人將她推跌，令她雙腳跪地。
對方從後一手掩着她的嘴巴，一手向左右胸施襲各兩次。事主呼叫求救，但四周無人，色狼得手後急步離開。
雙腳「菠蘿蓋」流血的事主忍痛尾隨被告，並致電報案。她清晰指出被告途經荔枝角道、長茂街、長荔街、長沙灣道等路段，其間雖看不見對方樣貌，但憑白色T恤、深啡色短褲、身材略胖等特徵，她堅稱沒有認錯人。警員在長沙灣道與大南西街交界將色狼拘捕，事主才看到被告樣貌。
但是辯方質疑，事實上事主當時只顧看手機，恰巧與路過的被告「火星撞地球」雙雙跌倒﹕「只要（被告）賠個不是就無事。」
拍片辯稱碰撞跌倒
庭上還播放辯方預備的模擬片段，扮演事主和被告的兩名男子動作誇張，跌倒後全身伏在地上，但被事主堅決否認﹕「佢（被告）故意揸胸。」
拘捕被告的警員李焯明稱，截停被告時，對方稱剛下班，往便利店買飲料，後來發現醫生證遺漏在醫院，於是打算折返。對於筆錄口供的完整程度，辯方質問下，李承認有「斷章取義」。暫委裁判官許淑儀再問他，是否明白這四字詞的意思，李解釋﹕「剩係講自己覺得啱嘅嘢。」並承認是負面詞，但澄清只是沒記錄與案件無關的內容。
警否認威嚇被告
辯方又質疑警方為被告錄口供期間，有3名便衣警員進入房間，惡言威嚇被告﹕「我一睇就知係你做，實釘硬你！」但李否認有關說法。
港大醫學系畢業的被告，曾就讀荔景天主教中學，是該校首位四優生。楊當年曾接受傳媒訪問稱，備課是考取佳績關鍵，又表示課餘愛跑步及寫作。師長大讚他處事認真、獨立成熟。案件押後至本月15日續審。
