【本報訊】這宗被形容為「令教會尷尬」的案件，結果因教會高層向法官發電郵「關切」而要換官重審 （連結）。案件原告黎驍敏在本案對退休牧師曾繼才作出嚴重指控，指曾哄騙她將名下物業免費供他居住，曾之後更以避免家人爭產為由，成功游說她將現值一千九百萬元的單位轉到曾名下，事後卻拒絕履行承諾交還。
稱反口作歸還之承諾
據原告方稱，她返諸聖座堂多年，案中首被告曾繼才為座堂牧師。原告稱，曾在二○○四年退休時表示教會的退休金不夠用，她便把名下位於跑馬地樂苑大廈一個約八百呎的住宅單位，免費供曾及其妻子和姨仔共住。至○八年原告丈夫去世，曾表示為免原告的三個繼子日後跟原告爭產，提議把上述物業轉名給被告三人，並承諾可隨時將之歸還。原告現指被告反口，否認曾作歸還之承諾。
指過去十多年被騙財

原告亦聲稱，曾繼才曾找她幫助一名患病教友，她給了對方十五萬元，其後方知對方僅收到數千元，餘款不知所終。原告稱她其後成功向被告討回餘額。
此外，原告指被告三不五時會向她申索金錢醫病等，這些年間她支付給被告的金錢，總額達四百六十萬元。她現在只要求被告歸還當中六十多萬元。
