【本報訊】這宗被形容為「令教會尷尬」的案件,結果因教會高層向法官發電郵「關切」而要換官重審 (連結)。案件原告黎驍敏在本案對退休牧師曾繼才作出嚴重指控,指曾哄騙她將名下物業免費供他居住,曾之後更以避免家人爭產為由,成功游說她將現值一千九百萬元的單位轉到曾名下,事後卻拒絕履行承諾交還。

指過去十多年被騙財

原告亦聲稱,曾繼才曾找她幫助一名患病教友,她給了對方十五萬元,其後方知對方僅收到數千元,餘款不知所終。原告稱她其後成功向被告討回餘額。
此外,原告指被告三不五時會向她申索金錢醫病等,這些年間她支付給被告的金錢,總額達四百六十萬元。她現在只要求被告歸還當中六十多萬元。
