首次強姦事件發生於2015年夏天，事主X年僅11歲。當時被告妻子當時外出工作、幼子則仍在熟睡，被告吩咐女儿X入房並脫下雙方褲子將X強姦，X大叫痛哭，但被告則掩住X嘴不讓她發出聲音。

中一派位公布當日 無力反抗再被侵犯
X向警方表示，類似的強姦事件多不勝數。被告幾乎每個星期六上午趁胞弟外出補習期間在家侵犯她；亦會趁她考試和測驗提早放學時、或母親返鄉期間加以侵犯，而被告每次侵犯時均沒使用安全套。X清楚記得2016年7月5日是中一派位結果公佈的日子，當天她獲悉結果後返家，碰巧母親有事外出，被告則再次將她強姦，X憶述當時多次向父親反抗，但對方不予理會。
