PAP Town councils make big money from investments but what have the scheme benefited the leaseholders.

HDB leaseholders still pay for lift upgrading, HIP, MUP, etc.

The conservancy fee seems to keep going up.

Town councils are HDB agents, how come they are given the power to move sinking funds like nobody business. Town councils should convene AGM to get consent from the leaseholders who are paying the conservancy fee.

I hope somebody rebutt and educate Kong See Wah rightfully.

Healthcare cow ask people to pay more if they want more upgrading.

One guy is licking the balls by saying PAP town councils making money and another fool is asking people to pay for more upgrading.

PAP people are in disarray !
