Our society cannot provide healthy interactions for some, and due to the lack of parenting skills, we see this as a result.

To us as mental health professionals its more a sign of loneliness. Whoever this @jw5 really is, we can see an individual whom is shut away from the rest of us, disconnected, and in isolation.
We doubt this person has any effective means of communication on a nurturing level, so the outlet is to go online and let off steam.
We advise people in this situation to journal or write in a diary, old fashioned way. It can be very cathartic.

Let me put it this way, in our practice we see Schizoids unable to form any close attachments to others. Mostly they are loners. They usually dont have any families as they cant interact with them in a healthy manner.
If they get married, it usually ends in divorce as the disorder prevents the Schizoid from being present in a healthy manner. They usually mistreat others close to them so they end up in tatters as the disease progresses. If they have Children they usually suffer from the Schizoid's mistreatment.
Some people call them malcontents for example. They usually suffer and lead tragic lives.
