'Hell notes' runner nabbed

  A 32-YEAR-OLD loanshark runner who sent 'hell notes' to debtors has been arrested. During the raid on Tuesday, the police found markers, hell-notes, stamps, envelopes and a handphone believed to contain debtors' records on the man. The suspect is believed to have sent 'hell notes' to debtors' homes to harass them and allowed his bank accounts to be used by the loanshark. Investigations are ongoing.
