Health Promotion Board promotes Smoking in Singapore?

In the pict, ONLY Sheng Siong says vouchers/ e-vouchers cannot be used to buy tobacco/ lottery/ alcohol.

NTUC does not seem concerned and does not specify this requirement.

NTUC doesn't care, only Sheng Siong does:

Last page of T&C which doesn't include ban on lottery and tobacco products and also allows users to exchange for shopping mall vouchers, ostensibly to evade the ban on tobacco and alcohol ban even if imposed.

Go read properly before post leh. State clearly voucher cannot buy alcohol and cigarette.

Thanks for your reply and sorry about my oversight, but that still allows for lottery or even tobacco ultimately because a few participating malls allow for the voucher to be converted to the equivalent value of mall cash vouchers which in general do not have any purchase restrictions. Food and beverage outlets like Swensons also serve alcoholic beverage, so waiters will have to be extra vigilant in this regard. Ultimately, I doubt there is any formal enforcement suffice to say, the cashier herself might read the small print and enforce but only because she has a personal anti-smoking etc vendetta.
