Is this true?
If so, assuming that aCacausian foreigner buys- withis singapore chinese or malay wife- will they be classifed as others? and thus they have better chance in the choice of 2nd hand resale flats?
For first time buyers if an Chinese man marries a Romanian girl and they apply for an HDB flat-and the man puts his Romanian wife as te principal applicant - doe stha tmean they have a better choice and chance in getting the flat they want by circumventing the limited ratios for popular areas for Chinese (ie chinese ratio filled)
So will the FT who buys an HDB flat with his /her Singaporean spouse whether as first time buyer or in the resale market enjoy better chance and option in circumventing the racial quota?
