HDB 3 room resale shouting for 300k averagely, where got hope for local peasants !
graduates still earn 2 to 3k like back to the 80s but housing price oredi shoot up 10 times !
wait until 2020, then got 3.5 k.....by that time, if PAP still kicking....3room resale oredi $100000 right !
Those locals who are selling their old pigeon holes thinking of getting rich better think thrice again ---HDB has a political price !
HDB new estates are too congested---flats are built so close to each other---only the locals have no choice have to fight for the new flats with new citizens ! Resale got rich FT moguls, no chance one !
Sengkang and Pungol only got one way in ,one way out, veri near to the straits , go a lot of mosquitoes, and some more, the flats cannot see sunlight, the wet laundry also got problem !
The whole place got no empty space , parking also not safe in multi-storey unlike old estates !
You people got old houses better don’t sell becos you will get stuck, donch know what to do !
Sinkapore dollars are so small oredi , move one move, you tok about hundreds of thousands of dollars to buy 4 walls , common walls, and common flooring and ceiling !

Old estates for resale flats are too expensive---you have no cash, you mati-----have to fight with new citizens at the new estates for prison cells !
New HDb estates living space is getting smaller smaller….very scary……one is enough is better the thing to do !
Local sporns donch know that sinkapore is rotting away with all these HDB beehives , may be they are glued to TV, read only local papers, got internet but lazy to surf, and know nothing !
Tragic, no water no electricity, HDB flats are worse than a hole in the ground for toilets !
