A small block with 6 to 7 lifts for some blocks is really out of place.
All in all, lifts not stopping at every floor is a building defect.
If buildings are built without escape staircases , BCA will not approved.
The same goes to buildings must have handicap parking lot near the lifts.
Why was it so that lifts not stopping at floor was approved by the authority becos it is about human welfare ???? We will not have an answer anytime soon !!
