You can't blame the landlord of being heartless. When authorities eventually found out, landlord is the one who going to face the music. Fine, ban or worst case confiscation of property. While the illegal tenants will just be deported in the worst case scenario. Life goes on for them ... please note that they are not illegal workers, just not suppose to reside there only.
