Police are looking for this man to assist in investigations into a case of loan shark harassment at Block 626, Hougang Avenue 8. The man was captured on a closed-circuit television footage at around 11.45pm on April 26. He is believed to be in his 20s, and was last seen wearing a black polo T-shirt, black bermudas and white sneakers. Anyone with information may call the police on 1800-255-0000. All information will be kept strictly confidential.
