Have you seen photos of couples and only 1 partner looks at the other?

I have seen a few pictures of various couples and one thing i noticed is that one partner always seems to be looking at the other while the other one couldn't care less and seems to be looking somewhere else.

Now this isn't obviously 100% accurate but do you think that the person that always looks at the other person is the one that loves the person more than the other?

Say you see a photo of a male and a female and the male in some pictures is looking at the female and smiling while the female never does that but looks elsewhere could you then conclude that the male loves the female more than the other way around?

Perhaps you guys can find pictures of yourself and your gf/wife or those of your frens and see if what i say makes sense. It's like the person in the relationship that doesn't look at his/her partner as much as the other seems to be the one less committed to it.

if it is a posed photo, usually both parties will look at the camera right?

or one party will "follow" the rule & look at the camera whereas the other, want to look at the spouse - momentarily "breaking the rule"

but i won't conclude anything from this...couples will have different dreams anyways..

Don't try to be an armchair psychiatrist or part time psychologist. Doesn't work for you.

Just stick being a racist asshole.

46.jpg ..... looking.

thirsty.jpg...... looking away.

Yes, I do have one myself in the exact scenario you mentioned. Your analysis is correct, at least in my case. One is committed, the other not so sincere in the relationship. It's some sort of guilty conscious at work, and the girl would not dare to look into the eyes of the guy. But the picture of mine was the most romantic pic I have ever taken. It's in an old city with a foreign girl.

She's a pharmacist?

Photos are posed, sometimes on the adviCe of the cameraman.
It's more interesting to look at real couples interacting, who looks at who, who does the talking, etc.
