My late grandmother used to tell me that I would not grow a year older unless I eat a bowl of 湯圓 on 冬節.

Of course, we all know this saying is not true!

Nevertheless, this is a nice traditional folklore that we can continue to pass down to our children.

Did your grandparents/parents tell you the same story when you were young?
