警方指，上午九時許有人報案指，一對越南籍男女被發現中刀受傷，女傷者全裸倒臥在大廈電梯大堂，男傷者則倒臥在大廈對出的草地，兩人被送往屯門醫院救治，沒生命危險。
警方初步調查指兩名傷者是情侶，亦承認是非法入境。

屯門發生傷人血案，今早(14日)9時12分，警方接獲一名女子報案，指在青山公路新墟段79至95號一大廈走廊，一名男子中刀倒臥地上，警員接報趕抵現場，發現一名女子在樓上單位中刀受傷，遂大為緊張，立即封鎖現場，並召救護車將兩名傷者送院，男子送院時陷入昏迷，警方正調查兩人受傷原因。
據目擊經過的一對鄰居夫婦稱，當時見女事主全身赤裸，走落地下大堂，全身染血，他們遂上前幫忙，惟女事主卻要求他們「唔好報警」，而男事主則坐於後門，上身赤膊，下身僅穿着內褲，同樣倒臥血泊。

屯門竹苑今早（14日）發生傷人案！上址一對越南情侶受刀傷，據目撃者指，當時兩名男女全身赤裸，身上有刀傷，男子僅穿內褲負傷衝出大廈，跌在後門地上示意附近店員報警求助，而女子則在大堂看更值班位置，「好似全身俾人淋紅油咁！」
屯門重案組現已接手調查事件，男子臉及頸部受傷昏迷，女子則清醒，頭及手部受傷，兩名傷者均送往屯門醫院治理。
今日（14日）情人節早上9時12分，屯門新墟青山公路新墟段79-95號大廈「竹苑」，一名女子報案指，上址一男一女有刀傷。警方接報後到場調查，兩名傷者均送往屯醫治理。男子昏迷搶救中，臉及頸部受傷；女子則清醒，頭及手部受傷。案件現時交由屯門重案二組進行調查。
現場可見大廈正門及後門均有血迹，多名警員到大堂信箱位置進行調查，並拉起封鎖線，地上遺下血迹及紙巾。
女傷者全身赤裸滿臉血 男傷者手勢示意報警
據了解，當時男傷者負傷衝出大廈，並以手勢示意附近店舖職員協助報警求助，當時男傷者仍然清醒，跌坐於地上。一名在附近工作的女職員表示，當時眼見該名男傷者上身赤裸，僅身穿紅色內褲，手按後腦位置，身上多處有血迹，形容「好似全身俾人淋紅油咁」。
另一名居於十樓的大廈居民張先生表示，當時於大堂目睹女傷者在看更值班位置，她全身赤裸、滿面是血，並不懂說廣東話。他見對方手掩面部兼有刀傷，欲幫她報警，惟傷者則着他不要報警。及後他走到後門時發現另一名男傷者，救護人員當時已為男傷者包紮頭部傷口。他相信兩人並非本地人，又指自己於上址居住多年，未曾見過傷者，今日亦未有聽見求助聲音。

屯門竹苑今早（14日）發生傷人案，一對越南情侶於上址受刀傷，原來案件涉及第三者感情糾紛！一名越南男子今早到場探望兩人，期間三人發生爭執，疑兇及後於廚房取26厘米長的利刀，向兩人施襲後逃去無蹤。警方表示，兩名傷者現時並無生命危險。另外，兩人現時因非法入境罪被捕，警方同時正在通緝施襲的越南藉男子。

屯門重案組第二隊督察黃耀明指，今早九時警方接獲市民報案，指於上址電梯大堂發現身受刀傷女子，又於後門對出草地發現身受刀傷男子，女子當時全身赤裸，下巴有約兩吋長刀傷，而男子頭頂、左右手臂則有三吋刀傷。警方指，兩名傷者為越南藉，均為36歲，為男女朋友關係，事件成因相信為感情糾紛，牽涉一名第三者，當時女傷者的男性朋友到於上址探望兩人，期間三人曾發生爭執，男子於廚房取利刀向兩人施襲後逃走。
廚房取26CM利刀傷人 兇器斷開兩截
兩名傷者通過同鄉租住上址，上址單位為約250呎，為一劏四單位，警方於現場檢獲一把兇器利刀，利刀斷開兩截，刀身染血，橙色刀柄則與刀身分離，相信男子於廚房取走後行兇。現時兩名傷者並無生命危險，初步兩人已承認非法進入香港，現時因非法入境罪被捕。
現時警方正通緝人士該名施襲的越南藉男子，身高約1.7-1.8米高，蓄短頭髮，年齡介乎35至40歲，為女傷者的男性朋友。
