Did you guys even read the whole article? He is earning WAY more than $9,000 PER MONTH minus 7th month earning, mine you, which these earnings can come up to 6 months of his ANNUAL income.
$4,000 is just a small percentage of his monthly income, most probably derived from his few years income tax.
