中選會證實投票日遭駭客入侵 網民：推卸責任

[新頭殼newtalk] 今年九合一大選綁公投，導致投票日選民擠爆投票所，一邊投票一邊開票的現象更引發爭議，社會譁然。中選會今天（28日）還證實，投票日當天曾受駭客攻擊，中華電信緊急進行狀況排除，解除了危機，因此保證沒有影響計票。
中選會副主委陳朝建今天表示，9合1大選當天，中選會官網遭境外大規模「分散式阻斷服務（DD0oS）」攻擊，駭客企圖癱瘓網站，但中選會馬上與中華電信聯繫處理，所以沒受影響。他指出，計票系統是封閉性的，無法從外部存取內部資料，所以整個計票系統不受影響。
投票日選務亂象，使中選會成為眾矢之的，中選會主委陳英鈐在25日請辭負責，對造成投票不便致歉。
不過不少網友認為，中選會今天才說官網遭駭客入侵，是在轉移焦點模糊視線，批「無法轉移中選會邊選邊開票的誇張罪行」，還有人反諷說：「因為當機無法投票，所以大家排隊才排這麼久嗎？」網友不滿中選會只會推卸責任。
