刑事局破獲「愛情詐騙機房」，查出該集團以型男暖攻方式，擄獲大陸女子芳心、騙取金錢；初步清查發現約有380名被害人受騙。其中有2名女子共匯款近300萬元，警方偵訊後，已將7人依詐欺、組織犯罪罪嫌移送偵辦。
警方指出，44歲林姓主嫌為詐騙集團金主，承租北屯區新建大樓作為機房據點；該集團成員假冒身材健美、多金小開及成功商務人士，利用手機通訊軟體、微信尋找大陸女子攀談，對被害女子噓寒問暖培養感情，等時機成熟，即以股票、基金投資、周轉等方式騙取金錢。警方表示，「愛情詐騙機房」成員以ID暱稱「傾聽雨落」、「水藍」、「薛」、「強森」、「夕陽光輝」、「歐弟 」、「徹底的灑脫」、「離傷」、「唐龍」及「夏風秋雨」等暱稱，並盜用網路型男照片，傳給被害女子，讓被害女子不疑有他，在網路展開交往。
警方刻意於520（我愛你）當日攻堅，一舉破獲詐騙機房，7名成員落網後，房間內30支手機一直響不停；一名暱稱「我未來的老婆」的大陸女子不斷傳訊息，「你怎麼忍心在今天毫無預警的520今天來失蹤呢？為什麼這樣對我呀，老公…為什麼？」。
詐騙集團多名成員落網時，裸露上身的霸氣刺青，與自稱「高、富、帥」的模樣，相差甚遠，見警查緝乖乖就範蹲下；警方發現，因聯繫不上「老公」、傷心不斷發送訊息的女子，清查約數百人。查扣教戰守則、手機、筆電贓證物，不法所得近300萬元。

（中央社記者黃麗芸台北23日電）北市警方接獲檢舉，指有不詳女子來電噓寒問暖、假意交往，再進而以家人手術或考證照為由索取金錢，經追查發現至少10餘男子遭詐騙，日前逮捕詐欺集團10名犯嫌送辦。
台北市警察局刑事警察大隊今天召開「愛情騙子進化版 專詐渴愛熟男」破案記者會，偵查第一隊副隊長陳尚石表示，日前接獲民眾檢舉有不詳女子來電裝熟且噓寒問暖，透過密集聯繫和假意培養感情等方式，進而詐財。
警方獲報後初步判斷，報案男性民眾應是遇到詐欺集團行騙，隨後和市警局中山分局、士林分局共同成立專案小組深入追查。
根據調查了解，此詐騙集團是在中國大陸地區建立call客機房，並鎖定事業有成、生活單純乏味的30至40歲男子行騙。
經查詐騙集團使用手法，是先由call客秘書裝熟致電被害人，短期內密集電話噓寒問暖和假意培養感情等方式，卸除被害人心防，再由在台女車手偽充致電女子和被害人見面、約會、甚至發生性行為。
待女車手搏取受害人信任後交往，再以「家人打架需賠償、欠經紀公司錢、媽媽手術需醫藥費、考證照」等各式藉口，向被害人陸續索款。
專案小組經數月布線追查，於21日起陸續於大台北地區查緝此詐欺集團，並逮捕包括在台主嫌46歲李姓男子、負責控台的葉姓女子、會計吳姓女子、把風張姓男子，以及提款車手陳姓、何姓、林姓、洪姓、余姓和簡姓等女子，共計10人到案。
現場也起獲行動電話、帳冊、改造高壓空氣長槍等贓證物，初估不法所得新台幣上千萬元，目前已知至少10多名男性民眾受害，其中一人前後遭騙金額約達300萬元。
全案詢後依涉嫌組織犯罪防制條例、詐欺等罪嫌移送台北地檢署偵辦，並持續擴大追查幕後成員。（編輯：方沛清）1080523
