口罩詐騙！收錢不出貨 警逮假賣家

警方搜索民宅，屋內凌亂不堪，什麼都有，就是沒有口罩。員警找到大把現金，全都是27歲呂姓嫌犯騙來的，他在網路上自稱賣醫療級口罩，結果根本沒有貨給人家，看看嫌犯的臉書貼文，放上口罩照片，還附檢測報告，甚至說自己是良心事業，一盒50片750元，外加100元運費，共850元，換算下來，一片17元，簡直就是暴利，民眾私訊詢問，他還假裝給優惠，不斷宣稱中國口罩有多棒，檢驗標準比台灣高很多，明明一聽就是謊言，但還是有民眾上當受騙，等到匯款之後，嫌犯開始找理由，一下子說，貨卡在中國海關，不然就是空運、海運出問題，就連被警方逮捕了，嫌犯還騙警察，說有口罩卡在烏克蘭沒有回來，企圖脫罪，其實他早有詐欺前科，之前直播水產，利用相同方式詐騙，收了錢不出海鮮。如今疫情期間，大發國難財，拿國人健康開玩笑，相當惡劣。

台南市刑大偵六隊長吳業昌表示：「現在初步清查全國大概有100多位被害人，得手將近新台幣100萬元。」
警方持搜索票到高雄鳳山陳嫌住處搜索，當場查獲二男一女，包括陳嫌女友以及女友的哥哥，以及詐騙用的金融帳戶跟手機等證物。
被害人匯款後聯絡說沒收到口罩，再聯絡陳男就沒有再回應了。警方說，上百名受害人以中北部的民眾居多，而且大都是在疫情最嚴峻時就匯款下單，卻收不到口罩才驚覺受騙，陳嫌等3人也坦承詐欺，利用疫情做起沒本錢的生意，正進一步釐清被害人及其帳戶往來等細節，擴大偵辦中。

幸好其他里長反應快，沒有上當，而警方也著手調查，不讓歹徒逍遙法外。
第一分局副分局長施衣峯說：「他有打電話向其求證才知道是遭受詐騙，索性款項沒有匯出，財產沒有遭受損失，本分局受理之後，目前依照刑法妨礙信用罪以及詐欺積極偵辦中。」
台南市長黃偉哲表示：「因為里長也算是廣義上的公務員，他們帳號被盜用，因為會被人誤解政府官員在銷售口罩，這點對政府形象是有受損，所以我們會責成警察局同仁，在最短時間內把人給揪出來。」
嫌犯專門盜用里長帳號，在里長圈詐騙，想靠疫情牟利，幸好犯罪手法被戳破，沒有得逞，但也成了台南市，第一件跟疫情有關的詐騙案。
