When it is cold dry winter, nose can get crack inside. I got this problem before. And every morning my blood is on pillow. Spent expensive medical fees.

The inside of nose is usually wet, and that is normal, but when it gets dry in freezing cold places, it cracks and bleed badly. Lips also have problems, but I used chap sticks to protect lips. However there is nothing to protect nose. In the end I put on ski mask.
