(Sungai Petani, 22nd) A 15-year-old Chinese girl stayed at her aunt's house for the night, and her uncle sneaked into her bedroom and raped her niece. The suspect has been arrested by the police and has been detained for 7 days to assist in the investigation!

The uncle raped his niece in the town of Sungai Petani at 12am on Saturday night.

The victim girl asked friends for help after the incident, and the Sungai Petani security team rushed to the scene after receiving the complaint and assisted the victim girl to report the case to the police.

The 34-year-old suspect, a glass shop employee who has two children with his wife, was arrested by Kuala Lumpur County police on the day of the incident.

The police took the suspect to the Sungai Petani Court this morning to apply for an extension of detention, and Magistrate Norfazlina approved the extension of the detention for seven days until the 28th of this month.

When the suspect applied for the extension of the detention, he asked the magistrate to go to the hospital to check the spine problem, and the magistrate also told the police to arrange the suspect to go to the hospital for examination.

It is understood that the 15 victim girl was staying at her aunt's house in Pearl City, Sungai Petani when the incident happened. The suspect sneaked into her bedroom, touched and raped her.

It is reported that the victim reported that she was also raped by her father earlier, and the police later arrested both her uncle and her father. However, only the uncle was taken to court for extension on Sunday morning.

Police are investigating the case under Section 376 of the Penal Code (rape).
