A woman has been arrested after she supposedly thrashed the massage parlour she was fired from just before she was scheduled to return home later in the day.

According to Shin Min Daily News, the incident occurred on Dec. 9, along Race Course Road at Little India, and the damage to the shop was extensive.

The glass windows at the front of the parlour were shattered, and one of the glass door frames was also twisted and deformed.
In addition, the fans hanging from the ceiling were broken, and the front parlour sofa was littered with glass shards.

Around five police cars were seen at the scene, along with multiple police officers and curious members of the public.
In response to media queries, the police said a 37-year-old woman had been arrested on suspicion of public nuisance.

Owner had a dispute with employees prior to the parlour's smashing

The owner of the massage parlour, Lin (transliteration from Mandarin), was quoted by Shin Min as saying that he had invested S$90,000 in opening the shop and that it had been in business for less than three months.

Lin also said he did not expect to get into a dispute with his employees.

He claimed they eventually became unmotivated to work, which resulted in their sacking.
Lin claimed that all his employees had stopped working by Dec. 4, and he did not understand why somebody would come to smash the store.

Staff from a nearby dessert store told Shin Min he had heard people quarrelling and the sound of things being broken during the week of Dec. 2.

Owner was not at the parlour when it was smashed

Lin added that he was not at the store when it was smashed and that it was closed.
He said he only found out about what had happened when the police reached out to him.
He was quoted as saying:

"Given the extent of the situation, I can only find people to clean up the shop first, then see if I can continue the business."

Lin also claimed that he had already purchased the plane ticket for the employee who had been arrested.

"Now that this situation has happened, I don't think she will be able to return home," he said.
The case is under investigation, the police said.

High chances that the woman is a Tiong.

The client profile in that location whom she was forced to service must have triggered her to lose her marbles.

they became unmotivated, or they were fucking clients but pocketing most of the revenue?
