What is S'pore becoming? Drunks lying all over road

These two men, who were apparently drunk, were seen sleeping at a drain in Yishun.

You think that is bad go to any major city and you can see worst. You got women lying drunk all over the train stations and you can go around stripping them and nobody bothers. Seen those in Japan when I was attach there for 6mths company attachment. The best part was those who were doing it were my jap boss and fellow jap workers.

This reminds me of the Indian workers ( not FT), back in my days, from the dockyards, after they get their 'gaji'; many will head to the toddy shops in Kerbau Rd ( where Tekka mkt is), buy the cheap toddy, drink a lot get drunk, sleep in the five foot way or in the drains.

What is new...it is coming a full circle...:o
