Great Parking Skill

When I was in Paris, All the cars are parked this way. I was wondering how could they do that. How could they park and get out. Perhaps the video shown it can be done. The other thing, I was told by the Tour Guide in Paris, the front and rear bumber will damaged somehow. True, When I inspect some of the car, most of them had some sort of dented in the front and back. Small issue. After all the cars there are small and parking spaces are limited.
