〔記者楊國文／台北報導〕喧騰一時的92歲阿嬤遭兒子的57歲范姓友人酒後性侵案，一審時，阿嬤和范某雙雙翻供，表示兩人早有曖昧，當夜是在「自然」情況下發生，范獲判無罪，檢方懷疑另有隱情上訴，高院審理時，2人仍堅稱並無性侵一事，加上性侵事證不足，昨判范某無罪；此案可上訴。高檢署表示，收到正式判決書再決定是否上訴。
合議庭認定，全案除了范某、阿嬤兩人翻供，阿嬤在案發後醒來經過，家人衝進房門時的反應及褲子如何脫掉等供述，在檢、警、一審時均有出入。
此外，合議庭認為，2人發生性行為時，導致木板床天搖地動，撞擊聲響之大，連睡在有磚牆之隔房內的媳婦都聽得見，因而起床查看，阿嬤不可能「完全沒感覺、不知情」；另若范某對阿嬤強行脫褲，應會造成某種程度翻移動作，不可能直到兒孫輩衝進房內，老婦才發覺遭性侵。
合議庭綜合認定，阿嬤翻供指稱同意與范性交，且是自己脫褲子等說詞，並非全然不可信，因范被控性侵證據不足，故判范無罪。

Grandma changed her testimony in court and said that they already had sexual relation for some time. She removed her own pants etc.
Daughter in law testified it was rape, as she woke up by loud noise from sex rocking wooden bed and discover the drunk was raping her mother in law.
Originally grandma was ashamed to admit and said she was asleep and did know anything about being fucked.:p Now she admit it because she can not see her lover (friend of her son) go to jail for rape charge.
