The most delicious Bak Kwa from Lim Chee Guan is not pork but the MUTTON and BEEF but the sad thing is they had STOPPED making the MUTTON since 10yrs ago approx. After since they stopped making my favorite MUTTON & only occasionally buy beef and very seldom will buy the pork. Will NEVER get the Chicken - also not sure they got that, never checked also.

Thats why malays gave up eating pork snd decided to embrace islam. . If you go to malay functions, they serve roast lamb or mutton.

That's not the reason why muslims dont eat pork lah. Not because of how it tastes but because it is against their religion.

It is so bad that they cannot have people eat pork where they eat. They no need to even taste it they cannot stand other people eating pork near them.
