A STOMPer says she is fed up with loan sharks who splash paint at a flat in Ang Mo Kio.
Says the STOMPer:
"I feel fed up with loan sharks who unreasonably harrass and splash paint on the wall and gate of this flat in Ang Mo Kio, sometimes early in the morning.
"I hope the Police will arrest these people before they damage more property and the environment."
