No. It is not just the govt shutdown, it has got to do with the fact that the govt has stopped functioning.

U fucking ungrateful asshole, the US govt. has gone into debt in part to protect assholes like u in shithole countries like this, and now u kpkb they have no money? If the US did not enter the Vietnam war, we would all be speaking Vietnamese rightnow. If the US did not invade A-stan, Osama would have probably exploded a few bombs here in sinkieland by now. shit for brains.
