Good take on SAF's CDF

Anyone know why Bey Soo Khiang was the only CDF from the air force? Why was he picked then?

I don't think there is any major reason why he was chosen to be CDF. Most likely they just decided to rotate the role among the Army, Navy and Airforce at that time.

Perhaps if you really wanted to know why it only happened then, maybe it was because of Gen. Bey's super brown-nosing and boot-licking skills to the "higher ups" and to the Leefamily members.

But that was the only case where the Air Force took over. Was it more than brown nosing?
