The way society is evolving, women are moving fast in that direction..and young girls are impressed. Will this be the end of marriage and family values ?

Nicolas Sarkozy, Carla Bruni find new lovers
AGENCIES, Mar 11, 2010, 01.20am

LONDON: Whirlwind romances do not foretell a happily-ever-after. Especially if it involves the French president and a model-turned-musician. Speculation is growing that Nicolas Sarkozy, 55, and Carla Bruni-Sarkozy, 43, are both committing adultery. Reports of trouble in their paradise first surfaced on Twitter, followed by a report in the Sunday newspaper, 'Le Journal du Dimanche'.

According to the first 'tweet', Bruni-Sarkozy was romantically involved with musician Benjamin Biolay, a mop-haired pop star six years her junior. Later it was claimed that love-torn Sarkozy had found solace in the arms of his ecology minister Chantal Jouanno, 40. French web magazine suchablog.com said Carla had been a close friend of Biolay for many years and was now unofficially living with him at his flat in Paris.

The Elysee Palace declined to comment on the rumours, but talk of the two holding on to the last threads of their relationship just until the end of Sarkozy's presidency has been doing the rounds.

The intentions of Bruni - who was linked to Mick Jagger, Eric Clapton and Donald Trump before meeting the French leader at a dinner party and marrying him just three months later - have been questioned in the past.

In a February 2007 interview, the then-model admitted she gets "terribly bored" with monogamy - and was painted as a gold digger when she married Sarkozy later that year.
