The San Francisco posting was first spotted by the local online magazine The Bold Italic, which noted that that the family spending more than $300,000 on private childcare was startling even in the Bay Area.

'Don’t get us wrong, people who watch and teach children for a living deserve that much money (hello, teachers), but the fact that they are spending upwards of $300,000 on private childcare blew our minds,' the outlet reported.

According to the listing, the family is seeking a 'professional, experienced and educated full-time nanny' for their toddler and a baby.

'Schedule will be spilt between three full-time nannies to ensure the family has seven day per week coverage,' the listing reads.

The nanny will live in the residence only on the days they work but 'should be comfortable working many days consecutively.'

The posting noted that the family lives in Napa and the Pacific Heights neighborhood of San Francisco, which is one of the most expensive neighborhood in the United States.

'If traveling for a week at a time, one or two nannies will travel with family and the other nanny is off work,' the listing reads, while noting that the family travels 10 weeks a year to 'various residences across the country.'

The applicants are required to sign a confidentiality agreement about their employment.

'Applicants need to be honest, trustworthy, understand the importance of maintaining discretion,' the listing reads.

The nannies are expected to plan 'engaging activities at home, developmentally appropriate games and activities, engaging projects and crafts, themed weeks, [and] scheduled outings.'

The nannies are also expected to assist the kids with their homework, prepare 'fresh and healthy meals for children that introduce them to new foods' and pack healthy lunches and prepare school bags as well as other 'domestic duties.'

The family was looking for candidates with a bachelor’s degree and/or Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education with CPR certification and at least three years of full-time consistent and recent nanny experience.

Louer is also hiring two full-time nannies for a family in Miami Beach, Florida with pay above $100,000, according to the company’s website.
