Maybe a stake for the entire work force. Not for individual employees. And a board sit for employees.like in germany.

The biggest issue for entrepreneurs, for capitalists, for those of us who are successful is, if someone is only going to be paid by the hour...they’re always going to fall behind" - Mark Cuban

All employees want a stake in the business but I have yet to meet one who is willing to share the losses when the business is struggling.

When I was running a business in Singapore there was a constant clamoring from my staff for "profit sharing" as a perk.

I replied that I was quite happy to share the profits but employees would have to be aware that there were some years when the "profit" would be in negative territory and would only fair that if they got a share of the spoils they should also shoulder the losses when they occurred.

Nobody signed up for the program so I shelved it after a year. The issue was never brought up again.

KNN the correct approach should be company should hire spy to identify who are the gengster and who are the workers KNN after a period of 1 year or so they should award the salary of the gengster to the workers KNN usually at least about 66% are the gengster so the actual workers salary can increase to about 3x KNN

The boss risked his capital to start the company so it is logical that he be rewarded accordingly.

If you're not happy with the arrangement there is nothing stopping you from starting your own company and you can keep all the profits and reward yourself with whatever bonuses you want.

If both enjoy the profits in early years, now i dont mind pooling in the money to sustain.
