Girl brags about shoplifting in blog

A STOMPer is disturbed by the blog of a teenage girl apparently boasting about her shoplifting escapades.

The STOMPer wonders why she even has the audacity to post pictures of herself in uniform online.

The STOMPer said:

"I am very disturbed by this teenage girl's blog.

"In her recent entry, 'went to Vivocity to get free stuff', then 'reached town, went to Lucky Plaza's Watson and took stuff there'.

"She then went on to say that her friend 'almost got caught'.

"Is 'taking stuff' a nicer way of saying shoplifiting?

"Reading more of the blog, she claimed she went to Giant and took stuff from there and went to Far East Plaza to help her friend take stuff and many eyeliners.

"In her previous entries, she even posted pictures of herself and her friends in their school uniform.

"Is this right or wrong?

"Why are teenagers these days resorting to such means and why does she even have the audacity to portray such a disgusting image of herself in a blog?"

When they are caught, what do the authorities do? Call for school report, get probationary officer from MCYS to chit-chat with parents and kids, the delinquents claim they want to study their GCE Normal or Technical Course to go ITE, give them a warning, may be a tap on the wrist... and they go scot free again.. Hehehe, they laugh.. when opportunities avail themselves.., they shop lift again.

I say "bring back the cane". If we can rotan the adults, why can't we rotan the kids and their parents?

Its the one with a picture of a girl in school uniform stealing something. I've never seen a poster with a boy

This is an old poster so I think the authorities are aware that females are more likely to shoplift
