被告是52岁的钱士发（译音，马来西亚籍），案发时是名按摩师。
他面对3项控状，指他在2020年12月9日下午3时至傍晚6时间，于牛车水珍珠坊一带的针灸中心内，3度非礼一名女顾客。
据控状显示，被告在针灸中心里为女顾客按摩时，按了女顾客的耻骨丘（pubic mound），还抓女顾客的胸部，拉对方的乳头。
控状也指被告强吻女顾客的额头。
被告不认罪，案件昨天开审，预计审理3天。
庭上昨天出现一个灰色塑胶充气娃娃，被告代表律师表示，这个充气娃娃有胸部和胯下，被告有意利用充气娃娃，以最接近现实的形式，示范如何为女顾客进行按摩。
不过控方提出反对，表示这样做是在羞辱女顾客，对她造成困扰。
